Qualifications

• Previous experience is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent standards of excellence in Banqueting at The Diamond Coast Hotel
• Meet, greet and serve guests to a high standard
• Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times
• Deal with guests’ requests in an effective and timely manner
• Upsell products and services
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas, inside and outside
• Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace
