Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is opening a new restaurant on Westmoreland Street. As Brand Ambassador Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and champion our Feel Special, Feel Valued, Feel Joy Always values across every interaction.

You’ll recruit, coach and develop Brand Ambassadors, set service standards, and stay energized and positive even during busy periods. This role shapes culture and guest satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the Brand Ambassador team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Set clear service expectations and create a culture where every guest feels noticed and welcomed.
• Recruit, train and develop Brand Ambassadors, building confidence, resilience and performance.
• Run regular feedback and development conversations to help your team grow.
• Be the go-to person for guest concerns, handling complaints with empathy, confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor guest feedback, identify opportunities to improve and coach the team to deliver better experiences.
