Job summary

Harvey in Dublin is hiring a GTM Systems Administrator to scale our go-to-market stack. You will design and automate onboarding processes for leads, routing, and enrichment using Clay AI, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, and other providers.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to optimize data flows and revenue outcomes. You will maintain Zendesk and Salesforce configurations, build AI-driven copilots, and deliver dashboards that reveal pipeline health and customer

Responsibilities

• Work on GTM Systems projects spanning top-of-funnel to customer success tooling.
• Design lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and routing workflows with Clay and data providers.
• Configure Zendesk for ticket routing, automations, triggers, SLA policies, and agent workspace.
• Contribute to Salesforce configuration across funnel, including lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and automation.
• Build AI-driven workflows and agents to reduce manual admin and scale systems.
• Integrate GTM and CS tools for a unified customer view and build dashboards for pipeline, support, and health metrics.
• Maintain data quality through deduplication, normalization, enrichment governance, and consent handling.
