Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering to build and lead a Dublin-based team of engineers focused on internal business systems and AI enablement. You’ll own the applications, integrations, and agents that power Harvey’s operations, while staying hands-on in design and code.

You will recruit, set the engineering charter, and raise the bar for quality as Harvey scales across EMEA and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in engineering management and 7+ years in enterprise application or internal platform engineering.
• Hands-on depth in Python, TypeScript, or Go, and real experience designing and operating API-based integrations between business systems.
• Working knowledge of the enterprise SaaS landscape (CRM, HRIS, ERP, IdP, Marketing automation, and support/CX platforms).
• Demonstrated experience applying LLMs or AI agents to real production problems with guardrails and evaluation.
• Track record of hiring and developing engineers, and raising the technical bar on a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Dublin-based team of Enterprise Application Engineers and AI Enablement Engineers.
• Stay hands-on: design systems, review code, write integrations, and set the technical bar.
• Own the internal application layer across core platforms (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Okta, Marketo, Zendesk, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
• Drive AI enablement into the business by building agents, MCP servers, and internal tooling.
• Partner with Finance, People, GTM, Marketing, CX, Legal, and Workplace leaders to scope and sequence engineering work.
• Establish engineering standards for writing, testing, deployment, documentation, and monitoring.
• Anchor BizTech in EMEA and stay tightly coupled with US stakeholders.
