Job summary

Stripe is seeking consultative and creative recruiters to grow and scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) team across the EMEA region. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience on an 11-month fixed-term contract.

The role requires a builder mindset, willingness to experiment, and strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to meet ambitious headcount goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to identify and engage top talent.
• Experience using data insights to identify trends and refine processes.
• Flexible and able to shift priorities in response to change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and expand GTM teams in EMEA.
• Propose and implement scalable changes to the recruiting strategy to improve reach.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent.
• Conduct market research on talent trends in the EMEA region to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Legal, and Onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
