Bite Talent is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Dublin to lead a growing portfolio of Ireland’s restaurants, shaping strategy and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll coach General Managers, drive performance, and build strong teams across multiple sites, with a focus on profitability, people development, and scalable operations. This senior role offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-site restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing General Managers.
• Understanding of P&L and commercial drivers in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• coach, develop and inspire General Managers and their leadership teams
• deliver outstanding standards across food, service, people and restaurant operations
• take ownership of commercial performance, identifying opportunities to grow sales and profitability
• use data and insight to inform decisions on the restaurant floor
• build strong succession plans and develop future leaders
• identify opportunities, solve problems quickly and turn ideas into action
• support the growth of the business across Ireland
• partner with property and project teams on future locations and openings
• ensure every new opening lands with the right people, culture and operational foundations
