Job summary

Applegreen is expanding and seeks a Business Development Manager to grow the dealer network and deliver sales and margins in a specified region. Reporting to the Dealer Manager, you will drive relationships with dealers and implement regional business plans in a fast-growing hospitality retailer.

The role requires a confident, hands-on approach, strong communication, and a track record in driving sales. Travel ad hoc and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, fuel industry preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business-related degree advantageous.
• Experience in high-volume retail is a plus.
• Proven sales track record and ability to build relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel ad hoc and hold a clean driving license.
