Job summary

Applegreen Ballymount is hiring an Assistant Manager to join our frontline operations. You will support the Site Manager, drive sales, and ensure brand standards are upheld. A 1–2 year background in a similar role is preferred, with a can-do attitude and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Support the Site Manager in operating the business in strict accordance with the Applegreen Systems Manual.
Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures to consistently deliver brand standards.
Take responsibility for the site in the absence of the Site Director/ Site Manager.
