Job description

A hands-on role owning a portfolio of client relationships. You'll lead their day-to-day marketing and make sure everything keeps moving.

We're a growing digital marketing agency in Glasnevin, working with a broad range of Irish businesses across paid media, SEO, social, email, design, video and web. There are fourteen of us. We work closely together, know our clients well and take pride in getting good work done. We move quickly and give people real responsibility. In this role you'll own a portfolio of clients and lead their day-to-day marketing. You'll learn each client's business, lead conversations with confidence and know how the marketing supports their wider goals. You'll be in the work yourself: social, email, reporting, website updates, shoots and research. Where deeper expertise is needed, you'll work with our performance specialists. You don't need to be an expert in every area. You do need to know enough to speak confidently about each one, recognise good work and know when to bring in the right person.

What you'll do
  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across a range of industries and services.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding each client's business, goals, challenges and priorities.
  • Run client calls and meetings. Set the agenda, lead the conversation and leave with clear actions and next steps.
  • Bring ideas and recommendations, rather than simply reacting to client requests.
  • Help clients understand what their marketing means for the wider business.
  • Write clear, complete briefs for our design, paid media, SEO, video and development teams.
  • Plan, write and manage social content across client accounts.
  • Prepare email campaigns, reports, presentations and client updates.
  • Make straightforward website and content updates where needed.
  • Plan photo and video shoots with our in-house content team.
  • Track work in progress and make sure agreed actions get done.
  • Review work before it goes to the client. Check it's accurate, on brief and up to standard.
  • Monitor performance across paid media, SEO, social and web analytics, and explain it in plain language.
What you'll bring
  • Ideally one to three years' experience in marketing or an agency. Agency experience is strongly preferred because of the pace and variety, but we're open to someone earlier in their career who can show strong practical experience and good judgement.
  • A solid working knowledge of digital marketing across paid media, SEO, social, email, websites and analytics.
  • Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.
  • Confidence leading conversations and thinking on your feet.
  • Experience creating or managing social content.
  • The ability to read performance data and explain what it means in practical terms.
  • Good judgement on creative, content and marketing work.
  • A willingness to get stuck into the work yourself, rather than seeing it as someone else's job.
Nice to have
  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana or a similar project management tool.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 or SEMrush.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Experience making basic CMS or website updates.
  • Experience organising photo or video shoots.
  • Practical experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
How you work

You're curious and you like finding things out. You move quickly, stay calm under pressure and are comfortable taking responsibility. You don't need to be chased. If something is at risk, you flag it early. And you understand that marketing should support the client's business, not just create activity.

AI and new ways of working

We're bringing AI into our everyday work. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be curious about tools like ChatGPT, Claude and whatever comes next. Using AI in your day-to-day work is a plus. Curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more.

We're always glad to meet good people. Tell us what you do and what you're looking for.
