Job summary

Bright is seeking a Business Development Executive in Duleek to drive growth across Ireland and the UK. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and connect them to Bright's accounting solutions.

Working with the Accountancy Sales team, you will advance qualified opportunities, chase targets, and maintain CRM records. Minimum one year in sales or business development, strong communication, and a proactive, target-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong telephone manner; comfortable with video/web presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect leads and develop new business opportunities across Ireland and the UK.
• Be the first point of contact for new prospects — qualify fit and establish credibility.
• Work with the Accountancy Sales team to progress qualified opportunities.
• Fact-find and gather key data from prospects to support the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system throughout the sales cycle.
• Build knowledge of Bright's software portfolio to handle prospect questions confidently.
• Take and process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
