Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, FT in Northern Ireland. You will support the Store Manager, lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver results on sales and customer experience.

You will oversee payroll, scheduling, visual presentation, and compliance, while driving omni-channel initiatives and brand standards to create an engaging, high-energy store environment for athletes and customers alike.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available for full-time hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and store objectives.
• Recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends for real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling for productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Monitor loss prevention and store audits.
• Rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Support omni-channel efforts with Apps and social campaigns.
• Deliver a vision aligning with UA Core Competencies.
• Foster teammate engagement and recognition.
• Address performance issues promptly.
• Relay priority issues to Store Manager.
• Uphold Under Armour policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
