Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Sales Keyholder to support store leadership, drive sales, coach teammates, and maintain energy and standards across shifts. The role is a first leadership step, focusing on athlete service, product knowledge, and daily store operations.

Candidates must be 18+, with a high school diploma, 1+ year retail experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of local language and basic English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Must be fluent in local language; English basics are a plus.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Familiar with store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management and safety.
• Strong selling skills and solid industry knowledge.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Able to lift cartons up to 25 lbs (12 kg).

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience
• Recognize and reward performance
• Coach, train, and support teammates
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked
• Open and close the store when necessary
• Support in driving sales and KPI targets
• Act as leader on duty and model Athlete service standards
• Provide in-depth information on a wide portfolio of technical products
• Partner with store leadership on merchandise and floor sets
• Evaluate store sales and payroll goals using payroll reports; adjust schedules
• Build Athlete loyalty through in-store experience using applications
• Communicate with athletes, teammates, and leadership
• Assume Stock Keyholder responsibilities as necessary
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
