Job summary

Hall Recruitment is partnering with a growing health, wellness and consumer products organisation to appoint a Head of Operations & Supply Chain in Ireland. This senior leadership role combines end-to-end supply chain management with broader operational responsibility across Ireland, the UK and international markets.

You will lead the customer service and supply chain teams, build scalable processes and reporting, and work with suppliers, logistics providers and manufacturing partners to drive

Qualifications

• Senior operations and/or supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience helping a business grow and scale.
• Demand planning, forecasting, inventory and S&OP capability.
• Experience managing logistics, manufacturing or supplier relationships.
• Strong commercial judgement and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience improving processes, systems and operational performance.
• Team leadership and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and using operational KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• An ability to drive change within a fast-moving organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop an operational roadmap to support future growth.
• Build scalable processes, systems and reporting structures.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations, supply chain and customer service.
• Improve accountability, ownership and performance measurement.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational complexity.
• Own end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Lead demand planning, forecasting and S&OP.
• Improve stock availability and forecast accuracy.
• Optimise inventory and working capital.
• Reduce stock-outs and unnecessary inventory.
• Strengthen supply chain resilience.
• Manage key manufacturing, logistics and supplier relationships.
• Establish governance and performance reviews.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Improve service, quality and cost.
• Hold external partners accountable for performance.
• Improve operational reporting and KPI visibility.
• Support ERP and systems improvements.
• Lead integration and business process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation.
• Explore practical applications of AI and technology to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• You'll lead and develop the customer service and supply chain team, creating a culture based on ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
