Kota Embed growth leads help insert our benefits inside partner platforms, turning integrations into live policies at scale. You’ll own the funnel from onboarding to activation and conversion, shaping flow, copy, and the in-product experience.

Your background in growth, PLG/B2B2C, and hands-on product marketing will be essential for driving activation and retention without relying on push traffic.

Qualifications

• 4+ years doing growth work in a growth, product growth, or marketing team.
• Personally shipped onboarding and activation experiments for PLG or B2B2C companies.
• Owned metrics after sign-up — activation, conversion to paid, feature adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the number converting our Payroll partners' customer base into live Kota policies, end to end.
• Find funnel leaks and fix them; instrument every step from first impression to live policy.
• Ensure Kota is discoverable at right moments, whether Kota builds it or a partner uses our API.
• Position and package Kota to convert inside partner products with effective messaging and copy.
• Design and productise a partner launch playbook and lifecycle motions for predictable ramps.
