Job summary

LearnUpon is seeking a Growth Marketer for their new AI-first solution, CreateUpon, to optimize the trial-to-pay user journey. This hybrid role involves a mix of autonomy and collaboration, empowering you to drive product-led growth in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include managing community engagement, conducting growth experiments, and utilizing your expertise in SEO and data analysis to enhance user acquisition. Previous startup experience is a plus as you navigate this entrepreneurial landscape with security from a larger company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience optimizing a self-serve, product-led growth SaaS funnel.
• Strong execution skills in content distribution and organic community growth.
• Familiarity with reporting across the full funnel including GA4 and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own the trial-to-pay user journey for CreateUpon, optimizing onboarding and conversion touchpoints.
• Manage audience research and engagement with L&D influencers and communities.
• Conduct growth experiments and analyze results to inform future strategies.
