Qualifications

• Proven experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
• Deep understanding of user journey mapping and funnel-based thinking.
• Experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full user lifecycle from sign-up through activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Design and execute nurture programs tailored to user journeys.
• Drive monetisation programs through targeted interventions.
