Job summary

BOYLE Sports is seeking a Group Treasury Manager in Dundalk. The role oversees banking operations for Retail and Online channels, ensuring governance, controls and liquidity across Euro and GBP.

The position reports to the Finance Director and is based at Dundalk HQ with a mix of on-site and remote work. The successful candidate will lead a treasury team, manage bank relationships, and drive process improvements while maintaining high integrity and discretion in treasury activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior or managerial treasury role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills and data analysis capabilities using Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations across multiple entities, currencies and platforms to ensure robust governance.
• Lead treasury team to deliver timely reconciliations and accurate cash forecasting.
• Manage liquidity, funding and short-term investments across multi-currency accounts.
• Collaborate with auditors and banking partners to maintain strong controls and compliance.
• Develop MI and KPIs for treasury performance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
