Job summary

BOYLE Sports is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function from Dundalk HQ. You will oversee accounting, reporting, tax and treasury across retail and online divisions, ensuring robust controls and timely information for senior leadership.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will drive financial performance, oversee audits, compliance and governance, and mentor a multi-site finance team to support growth across Ireland, the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) required.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration desirable.
• Evidence of continuous professional development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial management across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, tax, and treasury processes with strong internal controls.
• Prepare management packs and KPI reporting to support decision-making.
