Job summary

Osborne - Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a high-growth international organisation to appoint an experienced Group Consolidation Manager to oversee the group consolidation and reporting function. The role covers multi-entity operations across North America, Europe and APAC and offers exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in group accounting within a multi-entity or multinational organisation.
• Strong IFRS and group consolidation experience.
• Experience with multi-currency reporting, intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
• Experience with AARO or a similar consolidation system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience coordinating external audits.
• Big 4 experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Exposure to acquisitions, PPA, transfer pricing or finance transformation projects would be particularly valuable

Responsibilities

The Role
