CREGG are seeking a fully qualified Group Accountant to join the Group Finance team on a permanent basis in Shannon, County Clare, Ireland. This role combines financial reporting, statutory accounting and leadership of AP/AR within the Group Shared Services Centre, reporting to the Group Financial Controller.

Competenze

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with 1–2 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and governance understanding.
• Experience leading a small finance team and coordinating shared services.
• Consolidated accounts experience would be advantageous.
• Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint; Oracle experience desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead the month-end process for the Group holding company and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Prepare consolidated Group management accounts and annual consolidated statutory accounts.
• Coordinate shareholder reporting ensuring governance compliance.
• Manage the Group VAT return process.
• Lead and support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable within the SSC.
• Manage, develop and support two direct reports.
• Track audit recommendations and liaise with external auditors and tax advisers.
• Prepare papers for Audit & Risk Committee meetings.
• Develop and maintain the Group's assurance framework and internal control statements.
