Full-Time Role

Lark Rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an 'A' rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.

Applicant must have:

• Safe Pass.
• Manual Handling preferable.
• At least 3-4 years experience.
• Experience in all other aspects of residential groundworks including concrete finishing, Pouring Concrete, Floating, installing manholes, footpaths, Kerbing, etc an advantage.
• Digger driver experience and dumber diver experience an advantage.
• Be fully compliant with PPE requirements on-site.
• Site tidying.
• Other duties as per foreman's instructions.
• Comply with all health and safety procedures on-site.
• Must be hardworking and reliable.
• Ability to work on their own initiative.

Salary

€40k per Annum, Possible Company Van, Company Bonus.
