Job summary

Larkrock Homes in Dublin is seeking an experienced tiler to complete bathroom projects from start to finish to a high standard. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently, maintain a tidy site, and ensure PPE compliance.

The role requires 3–4 years on-site tiling experience, a Safe Pass, and the ability to start at 7:30 am across Dublin. A company van and a performance bonus are available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Tiler with proven finish quality on bathroom projects.
• Safe Pass and PPE compliance on site.
• Minimum 3–4 years' on-site tiling experience.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual on early start times.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom tiling from start to finish to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work area and comply with health and safety procedures.
• Follow foreman's instructions and contribute to site tasks as needed.

Lark Rock is dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ' A'-rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest standards. We have a small progressive, dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.

Ideally, we require a person who can complete a bathroom from start to finish

Requirements:

• Tiler with a high standard of finish essential
• A Strong Knowledge of Plumbing/Carpentry would be an advantage
• Good communicator, polite & courteous
• Must be able to work efficiently and to a high standard
• Must be available to start work at 7.30 am anywhere in Dublin

Applicant must have:

• Safe Pass.
• Manual Handling preferable.
• At least 3-4 years' experience.
• Be fully compliant with PPE requirements on-site.
• Site tidying.
• Other duties as per foreman's instructions.
• Comply with all health and safety procedures on-site.
• Must be hardworking and reliable.
• Ability to work on their own initiative.

Salary:

€50k per Annum, Possible Company Van, Company Bonus.
