Job summary

Company Details Confidential is hiring an experienced Groundworker + Plumber for residential extensions, attic conversions, and modular home installations in Ireland. This hybrid role is ideal for someone confident with foundations, drainage, pipework, and utility connections on busy building sites.

You will work alongside carpenters, electricians and blocklayers to ensure projects run safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in groundworks and plumbing
• knowledge of domestic drainage & pipework
• Ability to read site drawings
• Safe Pass required

Responsibilities

• Groundworks — site prep, levelling, trenching, compacting
• Foundations — pouring, shuttering, concrete base preparation
• Drainage — installing and connecting waste lines, stormwater channels
• Plumbing — hot/cold feeds, pipe routing, bathroom/kitchen connections
• Utility connections for kitchens, bathrooms, and external services
• Working alongside carpenters, electricians, and blocklayers on extension builds
