The role combines power-systems expertise with signal processing, ML, and end-to-end deployment across Edge-to-Cloud platforms. You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, data, and applications teams, influence product strategy, and travel ~10% to engage customers and partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Power Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years post-PhD experience developing and deploying practical algorithms in production systems.
• Proven leadership with a track record of technical influence and effective communication.
• Patents and/or publications demonstrating innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive design and development of advanced algorithms for power system monitoring and grid analytics.
• Develop signal processing and ML techniques to extract insights from sensor data.
• Architect and deploy Edge-to-Cloud solutions on resource-constrained platforms.
• Lead end-to-end solution development from modelling to production deployment.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to building a high-performing team.
