Job summary

Archer is leading a major digital transformation for a large Irish retailer. We seek an IT Project Manager to own the Smart Ordering initiative, coordinating vendors, internal IT teams and business stakeholders from design through pilots to phased rollout across Ireland.

You will take end-to-end ownership, build and manage the detailed delivery plan, and ensure progress with senior leadership visibility. This is a proactive, high-impact role with a hybrid on-site model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IT/software projects in retail.
• Background in retail operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Smart Ordering project.
• Own delivery plan across design, integration, pilot and rollout.
• Drive collaboration across multiple technology vendors and teams.
• Create immediate impact in a leading Irish retailer.
