Job summary

AECOM Ireland is seeking Building Surveying graduates to join our surveying teams, delivering a range of building surveying services for clients in Ireland and worldwide.

You will work under guidance on schedules of condition, dilapidations and technical due diligence, with a path to Chartered status via the SCSI APC and strong support networks, training and CPD opportunities across the national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Surveying (SCSI/RICS accredited).
• Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication.
• Proactive and driven approach to work and creating success.
• Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives.
• Buy-in to achieving deadlines set by Clients and Managers.
