Qualifications

• Higher Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline.
• Up to 2 years of relevant laboratory, research, or scientific work experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn in a regulated scientific environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing, data analysis, and interpretation using established scientific methods.
• Participate in a variety of technical projects across product development and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives and timelines.
• Support technical investigations to identify root causes and resolve product-related issues.
• Analyse technical data to support evidence-based decision making.
• Document findings and contribute to project reports and recommendations.
