Job summary

Roche Ireland is seeking a Product Support Representative for a 12-month contract to install, maintain, and optimize Roche Information Solutions (RIS).” You will lead onsite and remote deployments, provide senior-level technical support, and ensure high-quality user experiences across diagnostic systems.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree or equivalent (preferred in biomedical science or Biomedical engineering).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite and remote installation, configuration, and testing of the Roche IT portfolio.
• Provide high-level technical support for RIS portfolio systems and solutions.
• Perform software upgrades, system adjustments, and verify operational quality.
• Monitor notifications and provide proactive updates to customers for sustainable operations.
• Serve as a consultant to senior lab leadership and conduct comprehensive onsite training.
• Act as primary technical contact for strategic accounts and manage escalations.
• Coordinate with global teams to align local requirements with best practices.
• Maintain accurate case and project documentation in Rexis per ISO standards.
