Job summary

Responsibilities

• Apply the three-meeting sales process to all aspects of the role.
• Source prospects and leads as per team/leadership discussions.
• Analyse prospects/needs and current insurance programs and strengthen them.
• Negotiate with insurers to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Ensure timely collection of premiums in line with credit terms.
• Upload and update prospects and clients on internal systems.
• Maintain a professional image and provide excellent service.
• Support service/marketing teams as required.
• Seek personal development through CPD and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with legal, Central Bank codes and procedures.
