Brown & Brown Insurance is launching a Risk Consulting Graduate Programme in Dublin. As a Broker in training you will build and service a book of commercial insurance clients while developing strong client and insurer relationships.

You will apply a structured sales process, source leads, analyse client needs, and coordinate with insurers to deliver best outcomes. The program emphasises professional development and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply the three-meeting sales process to all aspects of the role, including team selling.
• Source prospects/leads as per team discussions.
• Analyse prospects/needs and current insurance programs to find upgrade opportunities.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure best outcomes for clients.
• Ensure timely collection of premiums in line with credit terms.
• Maintain and update prospects and secured clients in internal systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Relay).
• Provide excellent service and professional image to clients at all times.
• Support service/marketing teams as required and participate in personal development opportunities.
