Arup is seeking graduates for a Graduate Rail Engineer role in Ireland, delivering rail and transportation projects that enhance mobility and infrastructure. You will contribute to design, development and delivery with a focus on sustainable transport.

You will support the Permanent Way design team with data analysis, drawings, 3D modelling, and the drafting of specifications while working across disciplines to enable fully integrated designs using cutting-edge software and techniques.

Formación

• No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role.
• Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts.
• Bachelor's degree (Level 8 or above) or studying towards a Master's/PhD in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Permanent Way design team with analysis of data and carrying out design calculations and production of project drawings, 3D modelling, checking designs and coordinating interdisciplinary interfaces.
• Assist with the drafting of specifications, technical proposals and investigations and completing reports.
• Support cross-disciplinary work enabling Arup to produce fully integrated and workable designs using the latest software tools and techniques.
• Contribute creativity to producing the very best in design by applying best practices.
