Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Quality Engineer on a defined-term basis (23 months) to join our Clonmel team in Ireland. You will provide Process and Quality Engineering support to manufacturing, delivering high-quality products for patients and customers.

Key responsibilities include defect identification and root-cause analysis, data-bound change support, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts to improve yield and reduce cycle time.

Qualifications

• Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science.
• Graduated within the past two years.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and help control manufacturing process defects and customer complaints.
• Query and bound data to support the implementation of complex changes and document release criteria.
• Lead process improvement by capturing quality metrics and analyses to support product design and development.
• Support the creation of quality tools and training materials and educate operators on processes and changes.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures.
• Support Engineering in researching and validating changes to improve yield or reduce cycle time.
