Job summary

Boston Scientific in Clonmel, Ireland is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Quality Engineer on a defined-term 23-month basis to join our Clonmel team. Job Purpose: Build your engineering career by providing Process and Quality Engineering support to manufacturing, helping deliver high-quality products that make a meaningful difference for patients and customers.

Education & Experience: Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science is required; ideally graduated with the past two

Qualifications

Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science required.
Ideally graduated within the past two years.
Eligible to work in Ireland and related internship/co-op experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

Identify and control manufacturing process defects through root cause analysis and CAPA.
Query and bound data to support complex changes and document release criteria.
Lead process improvement by capturing quality metrics and analyzing data.
Develop quality tools and training materials to improve processes.
Train operators on processes and changes and conduct certifications.
Build knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures.
Support Engineering in validating changes to improve yield and reduce cycle time.
