As a Graduate Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping to create and maintain safe, healthy and positive working environments across BAM's projects and workplaces.
This is a onsite role, providing the opportunity to work alongside experienced Health & Safety professionals and project teams, you will support the implementation of BAM's safety standards, policies and procedures, helping to ensure that everyone goes home safe every day.
You will gain practical experience carrying out site inspections, supporting risk assessments, monitoring compliance and contributing to initiatives that promote a strong safety culture across our projects.
You will also support incident investigations, safety audits, training activities and wellbeing initiatives, while building a strong understanding of health and safety legislation, industry standards and best practice.
This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your technical knowledge, build professional confidence and contribute to one of the most important areas of our business.

- Be studying towards, or have recently completed, a relevant degree in Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety at an Irish third-level institution or university.
- Be due to graduate in Summer 2027 or have recently graduated.
- Have a genuine interest in health, safety and wellbeing within the construction industry.
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Be eager to learn, broaden your experience and take on responsibility.
- Have strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

You must be studying towards or have recently completed a relevant degree in Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety or a related discipline and have the right to work in Ireland. Due to the nature of some of our projects, you may be required to travel to project locations across Ireland or occasionally stay away from home.
Due to the location of our sites and the need for travel as part of this role, a full Irish driving licence may be required.
