Job summary

Arcadis invites graduates to join its two-year GROW Programme, kick-starting your professional journey while working on meaningful client projects in the UK and internationally.

You will specialise in architectural technology, develop core engineering and consulting techniques, and gain exposure to cleanroom environments, regulatory knowledge, and BIM/Revit workflows within a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor’s degree.
• Typical Arcadian skills include resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced where possible).

Responsibilities

• Detail architectural design for Industrial/Pharmaceutical/Life Science projects.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams through all stages.
• Develop design development and tender pack assembly and coordination.
• Gain understanding of Pharmaceutical environments in Ireland and abroad.
