Job summary

Arcadis is launching a two-year Graduate GROW Programme in Ireland for aspiring Instrumentation & Control engineers. You will work on diverse client projects across life sciences, semiconductor, and high-tech sectors, gaining hands-on design, implementation and maintenance experience from day one.

Joining as a Graduate Instrumentation & Control Engineer, you will be mentored by senior engineers, develop core engineering and consulting techniques, and contribute to safe, compliant operations

Qualifications

  • Graduating in 2027 or recently in 2025/2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
  • Demonstrates Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required; virtual working encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation and maintenance of Instrumentation & Control systems for life sciences and high‑tech industries.
  • Assist with Front End to Detail Design and handover to clients under senior guidance.
  • Contribute to safety, regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA) and process optimization.
