Jobbeschreibung

Redfaire is a growing international technology company headquartered in Limerick, Ireland. We help global organisations modernise their Oracle systems, including JD Edwards, Fusion and Oracle Cloud technologies. Our teams work with customers across Ireland, the UK, the USA and beyond, combining established enterprise systems expertise with new approaches to development and integration. We bring expertise in Oracle Cloud, integrations, AI and machine learning to help customers improve the way their systems support the business.

About the role:

Our graduate programme is designed for motivated, curious people who want to build their careers in technology. You will join a team where quality, innovation and practical problem solving are central to everyday work.

As a Graduate Developer, you would join our technical team. Depending on project needs, you may work with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. With support from experienced developers, consultants and architects, you will contribute to customer projects and internal development activities while building your technical skills.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, coding and learning how business systems work.

The programme is expected to start in September 2027 and is open to recent graduates as well as final-year students preparing to begin their careers.

Over 12 months, you will take part in formal training, internal development modules and project-based learning designed to help you:

  • Work effectively with others in technical and project teams
  • Build confidence as a self-directed learner and apply new knowledge in day-to-day work
  • Use critical thinking to solve practical technical problems

The role is initially office-based in Limerick, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid working structure and/or client-based work depending on project requirements.

What you will do:
  • Assist with development and testing across relevant Oracle platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Learn the JD Edwards development environment and support applications, reports and technical extensions where relevant.
  • Support the design, development and testing of integrations, including REST APIs, JD Edwards Orchestrator and Oracle Integration Cloud, with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Help build and adapt web-based interfaces and tools that meet customer or internal needs.
  • Contribute to cloud and enterprise application projects, including prototypes and proof-of-concept work.
  • Investigate defects, troubleshoot issues and work with the team to implement and document fixes.
  • Prepare clear technical documentation, setup notes and handover materials.
  • Take part in code reviews, share what you learn and follow team standards for version control, testing and security.
  • Work with colleagues across technical and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
What you will bring:
  • A degree or recent qualification in computer science, software engineering, information systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Foundational programming skills in at least one language such as JavaScript, Python or Java, gained through study, projects or work experience.
  • An understanding of databases and SQL, with an interest in how applications exchange data.
  • An interest in web development and some familiarity with HTML, CSS or front-end frameworks through coursework or personal projects.
  • A methodical approach to problem solving, testing and learning unfamiliar systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work well with colleagues in local and remote teams.
  • Awareness of the software development life cycle and object-oriented design principles.
Mentorship and progression:

You will be supported by experienced developers, consultants and technical leads who will help you build confidence, understand customer environments and develop good engineering practices. Through regular feedback, coaching and project exposure, you will have the opportunity to progress from supported graduate work towards more independent technical delivery.

What we offer:
  • Career growth within an expanding global Oracle Partner.
  • Supportive team culture with ongoing training and mentorship.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote options where suitable, to support a healthy work-life balance.

Redfaire is an equal opportunities employer. We are committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcomed and supported. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences.
