Veolia Ireland is inviting Engineering Graduates to join our Technical and EICA division in Kilkenny as part of a formal Graduate Development Programme. The role is hybrid, with initial office-based duties and a potential move to broader hybrid working.

You will engage in water and wastewater projects, supported by experienced engineers and structured reviews. The programme emphasizes hands-on learning via a 70:20:10 model, with weekly and quarterly check-ins, training, and cross-disciplinary

Qualifications

• A minimum NFQ Level 8 degree in an engineering discipline.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project and operational sites across Ireland, if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide process support and troubleshooting advice to clients and operational sites.
• Assist with concept designs and evaluation of different treatment processes.
• Support the completion of detailed process designs for live projects.
• Help identify and implement operational-efficiency improvements at Veolia sites.
• Undertake water-chemistry analysis to support site processes.
• Prepare drawings using CAD and Revit, with BIM emphasis.
• Liaise with mechanical, electrical, civil designers and project stakeholders.
