Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and evaluate engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives.
- Support quality assurance, testing, and compliance activities.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and risk assessments.
- Apply engineering principles to solve real-world business and technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Any Discipline).
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and engineering practices.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of engineering software relevant to your discipline (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, Python, or similar).
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Academic engineering projects, internships, or placement experience are beneficial but not required.
