Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a BIM Coordinator (Digital Project Solutions) to join our team in Cork or Kildare. You will deliver incidental geometry production, information validation, model coordination and reporting to support project delivery.

This role requires collaboration across design and construction teams, a basic understanding of ISO19650, and a proactive approach to driving digital construction processes on major infrastructure and building projects.

Qualifications

• Higher education in construction or related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in digital construction / digital facilities management.
• Familiar with industry and tendering processes.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the project information model for sharing with the project team and authorising with the client team.
• Ensure the project/contracts standard methods and procedures aligns with BAM's ISO 19650 information standards.
• Ensure model coordination and mobilisation plan are in place and carry out regular reviews.
• Ensure that all parties are using the CDE in the agreed manner, as described in the BAM information standards, client requirements, and aligned with ISO19650.
• Ensure the building information model data quality and the correct level of information need is delivered. Reporting as required.
• Support the creation of the project information model and review data quality from task teams.
