Ayesa Engineering is hiring a graduate civil/environmental/chemical engineer to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will assist senior engineers with designs, calculations and documentation while gaining exposure to multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers hybrid working, development toward Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland, and a pathway across a global consultancy with strong local impact.

Qualifications

• Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of engineering experience.
• Strong interest in water and wastewater infrastructure and environmental engineering.
• Basic understanding of water distribution networks and treatment facilities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ireland.
• Assist senior engineers with designs, drawings, specs and calculations.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, site assessments and design reports.
• Support design of water networks, drainage, and treatment processes.
• Assist hydraulic modelling and engineering analysis using design software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Attend site visits, inspections and project meetings.
• Assist with tender documentation and cost estimates.
• Ensure designs comply with Irish/European standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and authorities under guidance.
• Support project management: deliverables, programmes and risks.
