Job summary

Shaw Commercials in Castlebar is seeking a Graduate Business Analyst to work with management and operations teams to translate business needs into clear requirements. This is an entry-level role with exposure to Renault Trucks products and a busy, deadline-driven environment.

You will review processes, develop dashboards in Excel and Power BI, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required (Entry Level).
• Masters preferred in Business Analytics or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Excel and Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with management and department heads to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Review and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
• Monitor performance indicators and assist with data-driven insights and reporting.
