Job summary

Dawn Meats is seeking a motivated Graduate Business Intelligence Developer to join its Development team, an excellent entry point for a recent graduate to start a career in data and systems development.

You will support the design, development and maintenance of our SQL and BI environment, working with internal stakeholders across business systems, reporting tools and data processes.

Qualifications

• 3rd level degree in CS / Data Analytics / IS / related discipline
• Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL fundamentals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development and deployment of BI reports and dashboards
• Assist in ETL data extraction, transformation, and loading from SQL and other systems
• Contribute to application development projects using appropriate technologies
• Provide support for internal BI and SQL systems, ensuring timely issue resolution
• Work with end users to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Participate in team knowledge sharing and cross-training initiatives
• Continuously develop technical skills and learn new tools and technologies
• Assist with system upgrades and maintenance activities as required

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Business Intelligence Developer to join our Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career in data and systems development.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of our SQL and BI environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, gaining exposure to business systems, reporting tools, and data processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to application development projects using appropriate technologies
• Provide support for internal BI and SQL systems, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
