Job summary

JLL in Leinster, Ireland is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our commercial property team. You will contribute to technical due diligence surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, building refurbishment and construction monitoring on client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Level 8 Qualification in Building Surveying/Post Grad Route.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Can-do attitude.
• Excellent IT (Microsoft Office and Autodesk) and Organisational Skills.
• Ability to work independently using own initiative.
• A capability for achieving tight targets and meeting deadlines.
• Organised task manager who can handle a number of regular deadlines across multiple instructions concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial property portfolios including technical due diligence surveys.
• Conduct defect analysis and dilapidations assessments.
• Involvement in building refurbishment and construction monitoring.
• Support APC process and professional development where applicable.

Graduate Building Surveyor

We are seeking to recruit an additional graduate Building Surveyor to work on commercial property portfolios owned/to be acquired/disposed of by our clients.
