Job summary

Walls Construction is seeking a Graduate Building Services Engineer to work on Dublin projects across commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare sectors.

You will ensure building services are coordinated with other construction activities from specification and procurement through to installation, testing and commissioning. The role involves liaising with design teams, coordinating subcontractors, and preparing O&M manuals and tender docs.

Qualifications

• Experience with specifications, service drawings, and architecture/structural details; liaising with design teams; coordinating subcontractor activities to meet company standards and programme.
• Manage submission of O&M manuals and assist in preparing detailed tender documentation.
• Experience with IT systems and AutoCAD; ability to work in teams; strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building services with other construction activities from specification to installation, testing and commissioning in diverse buildings.
• Support procurement, installation, testing and commissioning phases.
• Assist in tender documentation and O&M manual submissions as needed.
