You will gain hands-on experience with industrial automation systems, robotics, controls, and digital manufacturing technologies while supporting both New Product Introduction (NPI) and steady-state manufacturing operations. You will:

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing systems and processes.
• Assist in the programming, troubleshooting, and optimization of PLC-controlled equipment.
• Support the integration and commissioning of robotics and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and maintain software tools, scripts, and applications to improve manufacturing efficiency and data visibility.
• Assist with troubleshooting automation, controls, and communication issues across manufacturing systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction activities and manufacturing readiness.
• Support continuous improvemen, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of PLC programming, including Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley platforms.
• Familiarity with robotics and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Programming experience in Python, C#, Java, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols, including:- Ethernet/IP- Modbus- Profinet- OPC-UA- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
