Job summary

PRC Recruitment is hiring for a structured graduate sales role in Cork city. You will join the sales team, receive comprehensive training, and have a clear path from Graduate to Sales Executive to Senior. No prior sales experience is required beyond a strong work ethic and coachability.

The role focuses on outbound prospecting, building accounts, and getting hands-on experience in how deals are closed, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

A structured graduate sales role in Cork city with real training behind it and a commission plan you can actually earn from in your first year. €30k to start, €45k+ realistic on target, uncapped after that. The role

You'll join the sales team and be trained from the ground up. No prior sales experience needed — what you need is work ethic and the willingness to be told how to do it properly.

Day to day:

• Researching target accounts and building prospect lists
• Cold calling and emailing to open conversations with new customers
• Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior salespeople
• Sitting in on those meetings and learning how deals get closed
• Progressing to running your own accounts and closing your own business
• Keeping your pipeline and activity accurate in the CRM

The first six months are heavy on outbound. That is deliberate. Everyone who is good at this started by making the calls, and the people who commit to that phase are the ones who get promoted quickly.
