Job summary

PRC Recruitment is hiring for a structured graduate sales role in Cork city. You will join the sales team, receive comprehensive training, and have a clear path from Graduate to Sales Executive to Senior. No prior sales experience is required beyond a strong work ethic and coachability.

The role focuses on outbound prospecting, building accounts, and getting hands-on experience in how deals are closed, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate holds a degree or has equivalent commercial experience.
• Genuine interest in a career in sales, not a stopgap.
• Confident on the phone and in meetings with business owners and decision makers.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing focus.
• Organised, competitive, and coachable; eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and build prospect lists.
• Cold calling and emailing to open conversations with new customers.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for senior salespeople.
• Sit in on meetings and learn how deals get closed.
• Progress to running your own accounts and closing business.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in the CRM.
