Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an Analytical Development Laboratory Support Analyst in Ireland. The role involves coordinating lab samples, managing freezer and sample control, and maintaining systems such as SAP and LIMS to ensure compliance and accurate records.

You will work with clients and suppliers to keep operations efficient and meet high standards of quality. The position is full-time, based on site at a client facility, with pro-active teamwork and a focus on safety, training and process

Qualifications

• GMP-regulated laboratory environment experience.
• Excellent documentation practices (GxP).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory samples management from receipt to storage in line with GMP and client requirements.
• Oversee freezer and sample management activities, alarms, logs, training and equipment support.
• Maintain SAP work orders, LIMS data entry, job card updates and results management to support data integrity.
• Print and issue manufacturing labels, manage reference materials and environmental reporting.
• Collaborate with client personnel, suppliers and internal teams to respond to enquiries and communicate updates.
• Uphold Eurofins quality, safety, housekeeping and training compliance while identifying process improvements.
