Job summary

CREGG, based in Shannon, Co. Clare, is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Equipment Coordinator to support maintenance operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance, and driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with production, engineering, quality and external contractors to keep the site safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in maintenance coordination in chemical or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP or similar regulated industries.
• Strong CMMS knowledge and preventive maintenance planning.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities across production and utility systems.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks using CMMS systems.
• Liaise with production, engineering, quality, and external contractors.
• Track maintenance KPIs and work order completion.
• Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in shutdown planning and calibration documentation.
